Yercaud Trip

Finally after a long time, I managed to take time off and visit a place. This time the place was a hill station, Yercaud.

Deccan Herald - Yercaud. 

It is dubbed as "Poor man's Ooty" and it really is. It is relatively cheaper than other hill station. the crowd is not much and it has a decent number of tourist spots which can be covered in 4-5 hours (apart from the Yercaud Lake). For a 2 day trip it gives ample time to relax, chill out and enjoy.

 

Me, minal along with Sid n family (Siddarth, Nidhi bhabhi and Adwaith (Aadi)) went there on 27-28 Jan 2006.
